Tropical Storm Gaston eroded the lawn of the Va. State Capitol Sept. 6, 2004. This is the
site of the underground bunker the politicians are building for $19,300,000.00 plus tax dollars.
Beautiful brick walkways have been destroyed. They were removed by contractor and Mexican / Spanish speaking
labor. From the beginning (3 times) the contractor refused to allow camera pictures without express permission of the
prime contractor company. These pictures were made four blocks distance from the Capitol Building with a telephoto lens.
